Postdoctoral Researcher (m/f/d) - Epidemiology / Data Science

Clinic for Hematology an Oncology

The UKSH, Lübeck Campus, and the University of Lübeck are looking for a postdoctoral researcher for the new PROSURV research consortium funded by the BMFTR. The aim of the consortium is to identify molecular and clinical factors that predict long-term and late effects in colorectal cancer patients in order to improve personalized treatment and aftercare concepts.

The advertised position is part of subproject 3, which investigates how treatment-related factors are associated with long-term toxicities and what differences exist according to age, gender, tumor stage, and tumor location. High-quality clinical, molecular, and epidemiological data will be used for this purpose.

The position is based in Prof. Bruno Köhler's research group and involves close collaboration with an interdisciplinary team from epidemiology, oncology, molecular pathology, AI research, and patient advocacy groups.
