The Division of Rheumatology, led by Prof. Dr. Jan Leipe, is offering a PhD candidate position in his research group in a highly collaborative and innovative environment. We are looking for professional and competent support to start as soon as possible, limited for 3 years.

Your role:
- Exciting and innovative research projects
- Application of cutting-edge methods: conducting immunological techniques, molecular biology and protein biochemistry
- High-level research with exceptionally well-characterized patient samples and responsible coordination of sample logistics for independent studies
- Teaching and mentoring, e.g., supporting students involved in the projects
Your Profile:
- A diploma or master’s degree in biology, biochemistry, life sciences, or a related field
- A strong interest in collaborative research and excellent teamwork skills
- The ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment
